Thiago Imports: electronics catalog for a chain of 8 stores in Brasília and Goiás
Thiago Imports sells Apple, Xiaomi, TVs, games and home appliances in 8 physical stores in Brazil's Federal District and the state of Goiás. Travazaga built the chain's website, a catalog of 419 products in 12 departments. It takes customers to a sales consultant on WhatsApp and to the nearest store with the product, and brings together repairs, news and a complaints channel.

Starting point
Thiago Imports started at a stall in Brasília's Feira dos Importados and grew into a chain of stores selling original electronics with an invoice and a warranty. Today it has 8 stores open in the Federal District and Goiás, with a ninth on the way at Taguatinga Shopping.
In a chain like this, the price changes with the batch, the color, the payment method and the trade-in value of the customer's used device, and the sale happens in a conversation with a consultant. The website had to show the whole catalog and lead customers into that conversation, since a cart with fixed prices does not fit how the business works.
It also had to give the same weight to what comes after the sale: warranty, repairs and a channel for anyone who had a problem.
What we built
We built a catalog in place of a store with a cart. It holds 419 products in 12 departments, with filters by department, brand, line and condition (new and sealed, or pre-owned) and search by name. Each product has a full spec sheet, its colors and a button that opens WhatsApp with a consultant.
The "Ver em qual loja tem" (see which store has it) button answers the most common question in a chain, because stock changes from store to store. The stores page brings together the address, hours, Google rating and contact for each location.
The in-house repair service got a page listing what the lab fixes, from screen replacement to board-level microsoldering, and its terms: free diagnosis and a 90-day warranty on repairs. There is also a tech news section and the Portal da Transparência, a channel where customers with a problem talk to Thiago and the team on WhatsApp.
The home page highlights Apple launches with the brand's official videos and leads straight to the product catalog.
What changed
Today the website works as the showcase for the whole chain. Customers pick a device, check the spec sheet, find out which store has it and reach a consultant with the conversation already started.
Sales, warranty and repairs share one address, just like the counter at any of the 8 stores. The reputation built in the stores, with more than 18,000 Google reviews according to the site itself, appears next to every product.
When the ninth store opens, it joins the same stores page, and the catalog stays one for every location.
