Coimbrê Natural: an aromatherapy online store that teaches before it sells
Coimbrê Natural sells personal diffusers, essential oils and the Farmacinha Natural line, created by an aromatherapist. Travazaga built the brand's online store, with product pages, a blog, an olfactory pyramid and FAQs, so newcomers to aromatherapy can learn how to use the products before buying.

Starting point
Coimbrê Natural was founded in 2023, with a name that honors the founder's paternal grandfather; she is an aromatherapist. The brand sells personal diffusers (bracelets, necklaces and pocket inhalers), essential oils and kits like the Farmacinha Natural.
Aromatherapy still raises questions for anyone who has never tried it: how it works, whether the oil goes straight on the skin, whether pregnant women and children can use it, how long a bottle lasts. A store that showed only product and price would leave every one of those questions to customer service.
The brand also had an identity tied to nature and care, and needed a store that carried that through every page, from the home banner to the product page.
What we built
We built a store that teaches before it sells. The home page presents the new diffusers, the highlights, shopping by category and customer reviews, with shortcuts for free shipping, payment in 3 installments, a cash discount and "Aprenda a usar" (learn how to use).
The product page brings together a photo gallery, variations, reviews, a shipping and delivery calculator and related products. The cruelty-free, vegan and 100% pure badges follow visitors across the whole site.
Content got its own place. The blog organizes posts into categories such as aromatherapy, wellbeing and essential oils, with the product shown beside each post. The olfactory pyramid explains the notes of each scent, and the FAQ covers everything from payment to use by pregnant women and children, with a form for anyone who still has a question.
The About page tells where the name comes from and the founder's story with aromatherapy. The footer gathers the purchase, returns and privacy policies, WhatsApp, Instagram and the brand's email.
What changed
Coimbrê got an online store where a newcomer's questions are answered before they reach customer service, and every product appears next to an explanation of how to use it.
Content and sales live in the same place. Visitors who arrive through a post about lavender or rosemary find the product right beside it, and those who arrive through the product find the how-to guide one click away.
The brand's domain no longer exists and the store went offline. The project is recorded here page by page: home, product, blog, post, About and FAQ.
