01Who looks after your data
Travazaga Agency (legal name Agência Travazaga, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 48.041.252/0001-95) is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

02What we collect
- Quote request: name, mobile number, what you need, the kind of service you offer, average ticket and budget range. No field is mandatory, and you send only what you want.
- Forms published on the website: the answers you fill in, which may include name and mobile number.
- Audience measurement, only if you accept: pages visited, visit length, device type, approximate region and clicks on the contact and quote buttons, through Google Analytics, with your network address anonymized.
- Commercial proposals: how many times and when the proposal was opened, and the plan and payment option chosen on acceptance. We do not record who opened it.
- Technical logs: as on any website, the hosting provider logs the network address and browser of each visit, for security and operation.
03What we use it for
- Replying to your message and preparing a quote or proposal.
- Understanding which pages work and improving the website, only with your consent.
- Protecting the website and the agency panel against abuse and intrusion attempts.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use what you send for advertising.
04Legal bases
- Quote requests, forms and proposals: steps prior to a contract, taken at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
- Audience measurement: your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Website security and technical logs: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).
05Who we share it with
Only with the services that keep the website running, each one processing data on our behalf:
- Supabase: the database that stores requests, forms and proposals, with servers in São Paulo.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- Google: audience measurement, only after your consent. Google may process this data outside Brazil, with the safeguards set out in its terms.
- WhatsApp: when you click to chat, the conversation follows WhatsApp's own rules.
Beyond that, we only share data when the law or an authority requires it.
07How long we keep it
- Quote requests and form answers: while the conversation is ongoing, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Measurement data: for the period set in the Google Analytics account, 14 months at most.
- Sign-in attempts on the agency panel: deleted after two days.
08Your rights
The LGPD guarantees that, at any time, you can:
- Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
- Correct incomplete, wrong or outdated data.
- Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data.
- Request portability of your data to another provider.
- Find out who we share your data with.
- Withdraw your consent to audience measurement.
Send your request on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 days, the legal deadline.
If you feel we did not solve it, you can file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
09Security
The website only runs over an encrypted connection. Data sits in a database with access restricted by security rules, and only the authorized team can enter the panel, which blocks repeated password attempts.
No system is invulnerable. If an incident puts you at risk, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.
10Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
